"Legal Emancipation" was one of the best stories I've ever heard. It took place in New York City.

Hands down, my favorite story I listened to this month was "Legal Emancipation" from Radio Rookies. Jordan Teklay's story about moving to New York City by himself was really compelling and unique. Teklay showed his humor and personality, even though he was talking about serious and personal things. I found myself thinking about this story days and days after I first heard it. I even sent the link to my dad and a couple of my friends right when I finished listening, because I really wanted to talk about it with someone. I could go on for much longer about how much I liked this story, but I think I'd end up rambling, haha. I definitely think everyone should take 10 minutes and listen to this story! It's worth it.

I just checked out the Radio Rookies website, and what they do is so cool! In fact, I'm pretty sure I'm just going to be listening Radio Rookies stories for the rest of tonight.

This is just great, Lillian. Jordan played this story at the Third Coast Festival recently in Chicago and it had the same effect on everyone - we were totally blown away by it.

Thanks so much for your awesome work on the Youth EB.
