Well, Happy Holidays everyone!

This is my first blog post, so you'll probably here more from me in the new year. But anyway, this month I listened to lots of good pieces, but the only one that got the five stars was "Criminalizing Youth" by the kids at KUNM Youth Radio Project in Albuquerque, New Mexico.I said in my review that it was a very thought-provoking piece, and I have to say, I have never come across a piece that was done so well (except for my own at Y-Press!).

I really liked the role-playing in the piece, and everything just fit so smoothly. Jonathan Guzman's voice comes through with authenticity and assertiveness. You can really feel his emotions.

This is a piece that you just have to listen to. I highly recommend it to everyone.

By the way, you'll start to notice that I am a huge sports buff as you hear from me in the future. So I'd like to make a Super Bowl prediction right now: Pittsburgh Steelers VS New York Giants.

Maybe next month I'll predict who the winner is.
